Lemon-Garlic Broccoli
  • 2 bunches broccoli, chopped
  • ¼ Cup Rich & Creamy MELT
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  1. Place broccoli in a steamer basket inside a medium-size pan with about 2 inches of water over high heat. Cover and steam for about 3 minutes, just until tender. If you don’t have a steamer basket, place broccoli in a microwave safe dish with about ½ inch of water and microwave for approximately 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
  2. In the meantime, melt the Rich & Creamy MELT in a large pan.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for about 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Toss with broccoli, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
