Easy Potatoes with MELT®

Ingredients
- 20 small potatoes (combination of purple, red and yellow), sliced
- 3 tablespoons Rich & Creamy MELT
- 2-4 teaspoons rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray
- Slice potatoes and layer in pan
- Microwave MELT for 15-20 seconds until melted
- Drizzle MELT evenly over potatoes
- Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
- Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes or until the top layer browns
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
