Easy Potatoes with MELT®
  • 20 small potatoes (combination of purple, red and yellow), sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Rich & Creamy MELT
  • 2-4 teaspoons rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray
  3. Slice potatoes and layer in pan
  4. Microwave MELT for 15-20 seconds until melted
  5. Drizzle MELT evenly over potatoes
  6. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
  8. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes or until the top layer browns
  9. Remove from oven and enjoy!
