Peanut Butter S’mores
Serves: 4
Adapted from Better Homes and Gardens Biggest Book of Grilling
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • 1 cup tiny marshmallows
  • ½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 medium ripe, yet firm, banana thinly sliced.
  • 1 Tbsp Rich & Creamy Melt®
  1. Spread a quarter of the Melt® over one side of each tortilla.
  2. On the same side, spread the peanut butter over one half of each tortilla.
  3. Top each with some of the marshmallows, chocolate pieces, and banana slices.
  4. Fold tortillas in half, pressing gently to flatten and seal slightly.
  5. For both charcoal and gas grills, raise heat to medium. Grill s’mores for 7 to 9 minutes or until tortillas are golden and chocolate is melted, turning at least once.
